When you list your property with Urban Living Lite, you are required to adhere to these policies, terms and conditions.


1) U.L.L. will only list pre-owned properties (Single Family, Townhomes, Condos/Hi-Rises) at a flat fee rate. The following properties are excluded from participating in listing with U.L.L.:

• New construction homes
  
• Builders
  
• Lots (including tear down homes)
  
• Commercial

2) U.L.L. seller will pay for title insurance when Urban Lending is used as the buyer's lender in the transaction.

3) U.L.L. seller has to agree to terms in Exclusive Right To Sell Listing Agreement to pay buyer's agent 3% sales commission (including Urban Living Home Consultant), or cooperating Broker 3% sales commission.

4) U.L.L. seller will give Urban Lending an opportunity to represent seller as a lender in the transaction of next property purchase. (only if Urban Lending is competitive)

5) U.L.L. seller will use Urban Living as the buyer's agent on the purchase of their next home.
